Shipping Policy

Each Bespoke Headpiece is packaged with great care and sent out in our Love Hats Millinery Hatbox which is then packaged in a larger box for added protection and security.

Your parcel will be sent out by Parcel Force WorldWide
Express 48 which is currently £19.44 and delivery is aimed for 2 working days

Your parcel will be fully insured and once it leaves the Studio the courier will take full responsibility for the package. Any claims for loss or damage to the shipment will be the responsibility of the client, we do not take any liability for this once they are collected by the courier.


Refund Policy

We take great care with our Bespoke Headpieces and pay attention to detail in the quality of our products to ensure that all products supplied reach you in top condition.
As the majority of our designs are handmade to order, we are always happy to advise customers regarding style suitability, colour matching and measuring prior to placing an order.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly work with you to modify your design to suit.

If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, you can return goods bought from us provided a return is requested within 14 days of receipt and items are returned to Love Hats Millinery within 14 days after that.

To return or exchange your purchase please email [email protected] stating your request for a refund or exchange, please provide all relevant details for the return, you will be notified how to proceed within 48 hours. You must send this email within 14 days of receiving your product.

All returns must be in an unworn, unmarked, as new condition and complete with their original tags in place as received.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all care taken to protect the hat box and the item for its return journey. We are entitled to make a deduction from the refund for any decline in value of the returned goods caused by handling the item beyond what’s necessary.

A refund including any delivery costs will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the return once the return has been inspected to ensure all criteria are met.

Item's which have been worn, marked or damaged.
Items with tags removed, not in their original position.
Refunds are exclusive of any taxes or import duties incurred.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning items; we recommend that you ensure the parcel against loss or damage.

If you wish to report a faulty item, please contact us. Please ensure you keep all packaging to process your claim.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers have the right to cancel the contract for purchase of certain goods at any time within the 14 working days after the customer receives the goods, referred to as the cooling off period. To cancel your contract within the cooling off period please notify us in writing by emailing [email protected]

If returning goods please notify us in writing by emailing [email protected] , once your request has been accepted, package the relevant goods securely and send them to us.

If we receive notice of your cancellation of this order within the 14 day cooling off period, we will refund the purchase price for that item together with any relevant postage charge.

Made to order, goods made to the clients specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from this cancellation right.

We ensure our colour matching is a good representation of the actual colour, however colours may vary due to screen resolution or suppliers fabric batches. This is not classed as faulty or a defect, swatches may be requested in advance.
